Q:
What will my rent be?
A:
In our self-contained apartments, our rent is “Rent Geared to Income” (RGI), which uses 30% of the applicant’s income derived from Line 15000 of the current Notice of Assessment Tax Form to a maximum rent ceiling of $1010.00.
Q:

A:
A common laundry room is available for resident use in each of our buildings. Machine use is free to all residents. Residents must supply their own HE laundry soap and laundry supplies.

Q:
How long do I wait once I apply?
A:
Once you have submitted your application and supporting documentation, your application will be priority rated and added to our waiting lists. We cannot estimate or guarantee wait times as it is based on priority ratings (not ‘first-come-first-serve’) and lists may fluctuate.

Resident

“My wife passed away, so I figured living alone wasn’t good for me because I am a social guy. I mix well with people. I have two sons and two daughters. The reason I moved from Rycroft here is because the family is here. I’m here by choice. Nobody told me to go here. I get along very well!”
